Need to change your check-in or check-out dates?
Didn’t reserve a room before, but want to add one now?
Go to the registration form and click “Modify Registration”
Keep clicking “Continue” until you get to the Hotel page. (On some pages, you’ll need to scroll down quite a bit to get to the Continue button.)
To add a hotel reservation: select “Omni San Antonio at the Colonnade” and continue. Fill out the reservation details, and click “Continue” again to save. You may then close the registration form. Your reservation information will be securely transmitted to the hotel within 72 hours.
To change a hotel reservation: when you get to the Hotel page, click [Edit Selection]. Make your changes, then click “Continue” to save.
To cancel a hotel reservation: select “no lodging required” and click “Continue” to save. Please send us an email with the words “Cancelled hotel” in the subject line to confirm the cancellation was intentional. (No additional message in the body of the email required.)
